When you join the HDIF mailing list, your email is added to our online mailing list which is hosted by a company called YMLP. Their website is encrypted to GDPR standards, and your personal data - ie, your email address - is safe at all times. We don't keep a seperate list of members emails. YMLP look after everything for us.

We use the mailing list to send out reminders about our forthcoming club nights. Usually the emails are once a month, but sometimes we send a few more if something exciting is happening like New Year's Eve. We never pass on your email address to a third party, or send emails to our mailing list on the behalf of a third party.

There's a link to unsubscribe or update your details at the end of every email that we send via YMLP. If you have any further questions, please do email me on howdoesitfeel@btinternet.com.
